Classroom procedures
Assignment Procedure:
Assignments are due at the beginning of class on the day it is due. There is a wooden shelf system set up beside the classroom door with appropriate subject labels. Unless otherwise specified, you should turn in your assignment in the correct drawer before taking your seat. Any assignment received later is considered late. Assignments should include on the top header the following labels: Name, Date, Course Name, & Assignment page numbers. A reward system will be implemented at the beginning of the school year.
Entering/Exiting Procedure:
Enter the classroom quietly with materials in hand. Each student is expected to bring the required materials with them to class. This includes textbook, pencils, paper, graph paper (when necessary), and 3-ring binder for note taking. Some of these materials can be borrowed for exchange of collateral. Students should take their seat before the tardy bell rings, turn in any homework, and begin working on the bell work question posted on the board. On days where there is no bell work, remain seated until class begins. Exit the room quietly with all of your materials. The teacher dismisses the class, not the bell. If students are lining up prior to teacher dismissal, the students will be expected to redo the process.
Tardy Procedure:
Students are expected to be in their seat and ready for instruction when the tardy bell rings. The tardy policies will follow the Bronaugh RVII student handbook.
Cheating Procedure:
If you are caught cheating, plagiarizing, copying, or using other sources that are not your own you will receive an automatic zero for that assignment. Multiple offenses may result in loss of privileges.
